24x7 NOC Monitoring means that we monitor incoming server alerts and event logs, which are analyzed and cross referenced against our internal database. 24x7 NOC Critical Remote Support means that we provide expert remediation of server alerts and event log issues raised by our 24x7 Monitoring. Automatic remediation is only provided for items that are listed on our Monitoring Policies List. Conscere has compiled an internal list of “Best Practices” for supporting server systems. These monitoring policies are automatically applied to servers after a system analysis.

Unlimited 24x7 Service Request means we will perform an unlimited number of advanced support requests such as Exchange DB defrag, SQL maintenance, moving log files, server drive defrags, check disks, review Event Log for issues in addition to all items covered as part of Remote Server Care - Standard.

Pricing and Package Options
Pricing for Server Care is based on a flat monthly fee which varies according to the function of each server being maintained. Work outside of the scope of the Server Care service or for special projects is billed per hour or on a per project basis.
